did my iodine dose cause ick

i had an out break after 3 years ick free i just started dosing kent marine coral-vite could that have kick started my ick problem??

I do not think so unless you are way overdosing and that is causing stress on the fish.

are you thinking that possibly the parasite was in the coral-vite ?

that's really odd. Did you add any hermits, corals or anything? From my understanding, once your ich free and the cycle is broken you can't get it unless it's introduced to your tank. If you added something, maybe it was on it?
