Hi guys

today i decided i was going to try and help a dieing coral at my lfs and unfortunatly it never came on a rock. secendly its got mucus coming of it everywhere and at the moment im acclimating it. There is a lot of dead tissue at its base so i dont know wether this is going to make it or not so any input would be appreciated.
At least i think it is a leather, frm what i have seen from pics on here. Its really grey and has hundreds of tiny holes in it.
also how am i going to attach this to some live rock?

cheers

id try to cut the dead parts off, the nyou can ue crazy glue gell, put alot on a dry spot on a rock, then stick the frag on, let it sit for a minute, then ptu it in, and right when it touched the water it will set, the mucus might be a toxin, not to humas but to other corals, might not want to get alot of that in tank

on second looks it looks more like its shedding. i also found a few flatworms and got rid of them instantly i hope:rolleyes: Its poylps are sarting to show which must mean a better sign as they wernt out in the lfs.

cheers
