They will eat dried sea weed, and macro algae or any type of seaweed.

I feed my rabbitfish cheato and gracileria out of my fuge, along with nori, occasional romaine and spinach. It also eats the regular food like pellets and mysis along with the non-veggie eating fish...

We feed ours Life Line and mysis..along with some cheato

Mine eats everything, and I make sure he gets some frozen spirulina or frozen formula two.
I mix up at least 4-5 different foods when I feed, with Piscine mysis being the staple. I also add Selcon and/or Zoe on a rotating on and off basis. Fat, active..and colorful!
