I have used cupramine in the past, however, wish to use either copper safe or copper power (few wholesalers I know said that is the way to go in terms of copper)

I know cupramine stays in the water until you pull it out with carbon and or water changes.

Does this hold true to copper safe and copper power? I know copper safe says it treats for one month...then what?

If you wish to hold a good level for 2-3 months, would that mean you dose again after 30 days, as it dissipates? I don't believe that makes much sense.

Any enlightment would be of help.

It will stay in the water just like cupramine. You need to test it to get to the levels you need. It is no different than cupramine besides being chelated vs ionic.

I believe what they are saying that it treats for a month is what they recommend. It will not dissipate.
