Is there such a thing as an electric blue carpet as opposed to just a plain blue carpet? I've seen some that have awesome coloration, and others that are definitely blue, but not as nice as others.
I dunno you can "label" something as an "electric" blue, but certainly there are different shades to blue carpets. Some are certainly more attractive, but you don't know that they'll stay that color in your system.
yeah, the LFS has one but it isn't really "electric" blue. It might be the lighting, but I'll take my chances and see how it does in my tank. will there be any problems w/ me having two carpets in a 120G tank?
the blue carpets are pretty hard to keep....the best colors I've seen from one are of the S. gigantea family...they are the ones that have the little thin fingers as opposed to the saddle carpets with the beads....
