Different mushrooms on one rock

Can you keep different mushrooms on one rock? Could I keep a Kaleidoscope Shroom, Superman Spotted Shroom, and Blue and Green Stripey Shrooms all on the same rock?

I've had multiple species of mushrooms on the same rocks with out any issues. I'm sure there are some that wont tolerate others. But, in my experience I haven't had any issues.

I wouldn't put ricordia on a rock with other shrooms, everything else should be ok IMO.

Forget the names of the mushroom.... Just get a general species identification. There are your rhodactis, discosamas, ricordea yuma and florida, from there they start getting more rare. Most mushrooms are fully capable of sharing rocks together. Usually you'll get one out growing another or blocking the light of others.

I have a bunch of different kinds of mushrooms sharing the same rock. Never really seen any issues between them. The only thing that becomes an issue is their growth rate - different color/species of shrooms can grow at greatly different rates. They can crowd out or just simply grow larger and shade out other shrooms. HTH!

I had a ricordia next to a rhodactis and the rhodactis ended up killing it. It's possible it died for a different reason I suppose, but I won't put rics next to other mushrooms in the future because if it.

usually i have seen mushrooms grow close to eachother, but its basically their choice.... mine split off and grow under the colony rock, where multiple species fall.

I keep my Yumas separate from my Floridas. I do notice that each species tend to be happier when they touch each other.

i never had a problem with that, rhodactis could sting though. i think i would keep those away from everything else.
