differents sizes...

Trust Me I'm an Engineer
I have a male and a female Erectus Seahorse, and they are both about a year old, but they are very different sizes...the male is probably 20x the weight of the female...I was wondering if anyone has had success/Failure breeding very different sized individuals...

Thx

I have had very small females breed with larger males in the past. I've never had any small males to see if the opposite is true. Usually I find that if they are really wanting to breed they will continue to try until they succeed. Sometimes this means several months. Patience is key! ;)

Good luck!

thanks for the reassurance...they seem to e very interested, no mating attempt, but color changes, tucking the chin...thanks again

I actually am just going to take them into school right after they are born...my school has a few babies already, so a new batch of BBS is already hatched every day, so I will be off the hook mostly...My pair is the last adult pair though, so a lot is riding on them...Thanks
