Dimmer

Hello All, I am new here and this is my first post. I don't know if I am in the right spot but need some information on light dimmers. I have some actinic led spotlights that have a regular plug on them-the kind you plug into a regular receptacle. I was hoping I could find some kind of automatic dimmer that you can plug these lights into and be able to set them to power up and then back down. Thanks for any input!

It depends on the power supply for the LEDs. Some can be dimmed by a compatible dimmer, some can't. They probably can't be dimmed automatically by a controller like you're thinking, though.

Thanks, Sleepy, I was afraid of that...I'll just have to hook them to a manual dimmer and be satisfied

How many leds on your light?

I have the screw in type bulb from Rapid, It has 12 led's on it, all actinic. I am planning on having 4 fixtures on this tank along with my other lighting.
