Well, after a year of battling. It's time to break it all down and get the hell out of the hobby. I have the following for sale..............All the following prices are firm as I do not haggle and don't need the money!
96x20tx24d Coast to Coast aquarium with center over the back ghost overflow. This is the Cadillac of reef tanks. I would say out of a scale of 1-10 this tank is a high 9 as far as condition. Those of you who know the hobby, know what these tanks sell for new. It is painted black on both sides and the back as I have this in wall. No REASONABLE offer refused.
Reef Octopus 3000 external skimmer with re-circ pump $300. I can also include the brand new blueline 550gph feed pump for additional $75
BSM sump 48x18tx16d $50
1 year old Emperor Aquatics 65 watt i think (might be 90), UV sterilizer this is the biggest one they make 42" long. $200
I also have a brand new (mint) Blueline 70 pump. I used this for about a month but had way to much flow for my sump. $150
2- 35 gallon plastic storage tanks for mixing station. I got these from Tractor Supply I think new they sell for $90. These are the type that lay on their side. I'll take $25 each
2- BRS media reactors $20 each
Air Water Ice RO unit with all new cartridges and membrane. Unit has 1 pre filter, 2 carbons, and DI and TDS meter. $150 I replaced all cartridges and membrane back in June. I doubt I have made about 100 gallons of water since. The DI needs to be replaced because I have high silicates. Perhaps the reason I had Dinos.
I also have 2 Reefbreeders Photon 32 LED light fixtures. Although I have not had any problems with these units in the last 6 months. I will confess in my opinion, these fixtures are perhaps the biggest pieces of dog $%&@ on the face of the planet. I have had these back to Breeder's numerous times for repairs. Finally, the last time I sent them back, Logan replaced all the bulbs and drivers in both units. I will not ask any money for these........However if there is somebody out there who is getting into the hobby and is out of money, I will gladly give them to you! If they work for you GREAT, I am glad I helped somebody out. If they crap out on you, you have lost nothing. If nobody wants them into the dumpster they go. What I don't want is for someone to come take these, and just re-sell them. but I guess i have no control over dishonest people. Again, I am just looking to perhaps help somebody out, and get them the hell out of my house.
