Dinoflagellates

I need help don't know if it is I hope not but is this dinoflagellate or what y'all think and how to get rid of it.my nitrates are at a 0 and been trying to get them up by feeding the fish and the corals more but whatever this is it's not going away I see it more and more little bubbles on top of the rocks where it is I'm floating around in the water I think it's bubbles please help!

Looks like cyanobacteria. If your nitrates are truly 0 then just increase your flow in that area and it should go away.
