dinos or bubble algae

hey everyone just wondering if anyone has any idea if this is bubble algae or dinos. ive battled dinos before on a different system but this algae looks a little different and it doesn't grow back right way after turning on the light it takes all day but is almost all gone in the mornings. here are a couple pics any advice would help out. the first pic is my tank in the am and the second is after 8 hours

Not bubble algae. Looks like Dino's to me, but could also be cyano.
