Dipping food in garlic

I have read about dipping nori in garlic, but have never done it. How is this done? What kind of garlic? (Can you get a liquid version or something or make it yourself?)

I would not recommend doing this. You can get some Nori that already have garlic in it such as Ocean Nutrition. Also too much garlic can cause organ problems for the fish. Remember, garlic does not do nothing for curing any diseases. I use Kent Garlic once a week, dipping a few drops to some frozen food, along with selcon.
