Dipping procedures?

So I posted on here a couple weeks ago about my oscellaris clown having white spots on her. A couple people suggested that it was fungus so I dipped her in methylene(not sure of spelling) and they went away for the most part and showed up again 2-3 days later and they seem to be coming back like they were before. It has been a week since I dipped, should I dip again or should I try a different dipping solution? What should I do?

Not enough info. A pic would help very much. Was the dip of Methylene Blue in FW or SW? BTW, Methylene Blue is not very effective in SW.

The visual characteristics are more in line with Lymphocystis.
No known cure if it is Lymphocystis, but Iââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢ve known the Neon Blue Goby (Elacatinus oceanops) to actually eat it off of some fishes. Remove as much stress from the fish as you can and be sure to be feeding it properly. See this post on nutrition:

Check the above out and see if this might be the proper diagnosis.

If it is Lymphocystis doesnââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢t it usually fall off I had a yellow tang with Lymphocystis once and it cleared itself up by itself

"Fall off" may or may not be the right word. :) It can go away on its own, but it's like our common cold. You want to help make the fish stronger so it can get rid of the Lymph on its own. Usually, it isn't fatal, but it could lead to a fatality if you don't help the fish.
