Hi , I´ve got a problem, I have to clean my tank crystals with the magnet every 10 hours more or less, cause there is a green film that annoyed me :hammer: ... My po4 and no3 is 0. .. . I dont know whats the problem, perhaps it is because I have very few no3 ...

I need any advise...

Sometimes your specs will stay at 0 because they're being used by the algea you're currently growing. I'd suggest a water change (2 of them over 2 days actually) and assessment of your feeding and filtration.
 
Hi, my mag is 1350 and there isn´t many algaes in the tank... its only the green film in the crystal... I pass the magnet and at X hours it´s again ¬¬ ... I read in some article that this can be cause for an imbalance between PO4 and NO3, specifically when NO3 is lower than PO4 ...
 
how long has the tank been set up? This kind of algae bloom can be part of the cycle of a young tank (less than a year old).
 
it has 6 months, but I remember I had the same problem with my old set up with 2 years... I think is something related with PO4 - NO3 relation...

I don't know what this means. But like already said even though your N03 and P04 are zero, doesn't mean you don't have an excess of nutrients, hence the algae. I would suggest a macro algae like cheatomorpha to compete with the unwanted algae in your tank.
 

If I were to guess, he's using a translator program and what ever his native language is, his word for glass or tank translates directly to crystals. Or maybe where he's from "crystals" means "glass" or "tank"

hell ya!!! after i posted my first post i thought i would go look at my tank and i couldnt see in it :(.
ive been thinking about put a fug in again to see if it helps im just scared b/c i dose vodka. i also tryed to do more of a wet skim which kinda helped.

well, I dont know, I remember I´ve got this problem some time ago, and I solved it adding po4 and no3... dont ask me why, but it goes...:hmm3: That´s why I´m asking you, to know the reason...
 
What about adding mb7 I've dosed it for two day start now n it looks like its not as green now.and maybe slowing down I can see big spot with no green
