Got a call from my wife once I reached Atlanta. Seems the GFCI had tripped and the siphon break had grown over with algae. Needless to say, the back siphoning drained my tank to about 3/4 full with the sump overflowing. She got the tank back up to the normal water level, but I had to turn around and get the electrical gear running again. Two external pumps were submerged, but after a FW flush and drying, they're back up and running. Tunzes shut down like they were susposed to once running dry, so they survived. Corals and the rest looks good as well, so I think we'll survive this one. Just remember to check your tank periodically for how it behaves in the event of a power outage.
