Disaster

Seems like they had brook seriously thinking about leaving the hobby this is very tough to deal with I hadn't had a single fish die in months and now all of them died don't even know where to start again lol

Yea, I'm sorry for your loss, but it sounds like you don't QT new additionals.

Believe me, I went through the same deal, was heartbreaking when I was starting out. You'll never skimp on your QT afterwards once you have an outbreak like this, trust me.

Definitely gonna star quarantining, how do I set up a quarantine tank ?

It doesn't need to be much at all. Searching these forums will give you tons of ideas and setups that don't cost much money and are super easy to setup.

My last setup was 2 5 gallon buckets with small heaters and air stones, so I could do tank transfers for ich every 3 days. From there they went into a 20 long bare minimum tank, no lighting or anything like that, just heat and water movement for a few weeks and then eventually into my 75g display. The new setup will be even smoother with automated water changes between my main system into the QT and then to the drain so that the QT stays even closer to my display tank, but that's a little more advanced then most people would do.

Don't forget filtration. Any decent hang-on-back will do.

Sorry for your loss. I think we've all been though something like this at some point. Hang in there, tomorrow will be a better day.

Sorry for the losses. Having recently had a similar experience, I can empathize with your struggle.

After 20-years of reef keeping, this has certainly been the most defeating loss I have experienced.

Good luck with the new quarantine system. Lots of good info on transfer method and QT practices here on RC.

All the best,
