I own a purple tang and a yellow tang for more than a year, both are healthy and fat, but the color of my tangs are dull.. why the color intensity decreased? how do you enhance the color back?

tangs need a strict diet and pristine water quality to be at their brightest. If you arent already, try to feed sheets of nori that have been treated with a supplement such as Selcon or Vita-chem. I would also invest in a grounding probe.

selcon is not a seachem product, I am not sure who makes it.
a grounding probe is a metal probe that you immerse in the tank or sump and it has a plug that you attach to a socket. I would suggest going straight to the wall and not into a powerstrip on this. this effectively grounds your tank and diverts any stray current your electronics are putting out. personally if I have more than a HOT filter I would install one of these. Mag pumps and powerheads leak an immense amount of voltage into the water. This can be directly correlated to lateral line erosion.
