discolored quadricolor

I bought a green, orange tip quadricolor about a month ago and I don't think he is doing well. He firmly attached to a rock the first night I got him and he hasn't moved since, however he has lost all his color. His color wasn't the greatest when I got him but now he has turned almost an ash grey color. In hindsight I probably should have waited for a better specimen but to late for that now. Is this a sign he is dying?

Parameters are spot on and stable currently
SG=1.026
ALK=9 (hanna)
Ca=420 (salifert)
po4=0
no3=0

He is in a 120g tank with a 8 bulb ATI T5 fixture with new bulbs and a MP40 for flow. The only thing I notice is the rock that he has attached to is in the back of the tank with little flow and lighting. I figured if this was a problem he would move on his own.

Anyone have any advice? I have attached a picture but it is hard to see anything. I will try to post a better picture soon.

If it were me and the anemone is firmly attached to the rock, I'd probably move that rock (assuming you don't have to dismantle a bunch of rocks) to a location that gets a little more light and flow. In time the anemone might move on its own, but if they find a hole they really like, they tend to be pretty stationary, even if the lighting isn't the best.

Your parameters look fine and T-5 lighting is perfect for your anemone. I would suggest you keep the anemone closer to the bottom of the tank initially as it may not be used to such strong light. I would also try to keep the angle of the rock just as it is since it seems to be firmly attached. You don't want to shift things around, that might lead it to wander.
