Disease ID and treatment please!

This morning i woke up and my sailfin was like this, he is still eating and swimming, I was able to catch him and now he is in the sump until I decide what to do. Please help me. https://vimeo.com/131653222

How long have you had him? Did you quarantine him? Have you added anything new to the tank in the last month? Please tell me he is not in a 28 gallon nano.

I have to update my signature, I now have a 120g tank.
The sailfin is there for 2 months.
I recently added a coerelus tang, 2 weeks ago, that showed some sign of illness but nothing like that,. I did not quarantine it because I trusted the LFS dealer that told me he already did, I know I did wrong..
The coerelus developed something like a wart near its mouth and it's not eating properly.

My LFS dealer told me to do an amoxicillin bath, which I'm doing twice daily.

Hard to say if the second fish brought anything in but it looks like the sail fin has a bacterial infection. No way of identifying the type without doing a scrape but at a glance it looks like septicemia from vibrio. You could try dosing kanamycin. Some have had luck dosing it along with Foran. In the meantime keep his water pristine and well oxygenated.

dont dose the display tank with antibiotics! call them at the pharmacy and send them a good jpeg

I completed a 7 day treatment with amoxicillin and the fish is healed, it's eating well and looks healthy. I'm very happy it worked.
Gonna keep him in the sump for a few more days and then release him in the display.
