Disease identification Tri-color Wrasse

Hello, I was hoping on getting some insight from some of the Subject Matter Experts here.

Today I just noticed a growth/bubble on my Tri-color Wrasse's mouth. His mouth tends to stay open and he is exhibiting a very aggressive nature, attacking his reflection in the glass, and nipping at my clown fish poor guy doesn't want to come out of my bubble tip now.

I tried to take some photos please bare with me taking photos of a fish in general is a lot easier said than done.
