Disease Kit for large aquarium

I live overseas and would like to have some sort of disease emergency kit for a 2000 gallon FO tank. About the only thing available to me is copper, but I know that is not near enough for a good medical kit for the tank. Anyone have good recommendations on what different items I should have on hand for any health issues? Also any recommendations from buying this stuff from any of the online vendors here at RC? Recommended amounts would also be helpful as it is nearly impossible to catch anything in the tank, so assume that I unfortunately would need to treat the whole tank.

Can you get things online? If so I've recently had good experience buying meds from www.fishyfarmacy.com. A good source for antibiotics.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't use most medical treatments in a whole tank. There are good tricks on how to catch tricky fish though.

Thaks Spracklcat. I'd be interested in those good tricks that don't involve taking out the water nor removing the rocks/coral work. My tank is high and it involves getting on a ladder which makes for slow movement.

Ok one trick I learned is to figure out where the fish sleeps. Then when he is asleep, go at the tank with a net and something else--a stick, another net, whatever. Sloooowly slide the net into the tank in front of the fish without disturbing him--it doesn't have to be right in his face, just in his path. the get the otehr stick behind the fish and give him a prod. He'll wake up, get scared, and swim fast away from the prod...right into your net

I keep copper (ich & amylo), formalin (brooklynella), piperazine & Metronidazole (de-worming), and various antibiotics. A refractometer for using hyposalinity (ich) would be helpful.

Make sure you have a good test kit for your copper ... copper needs to be kept at the proper concentration to be effective.

Use of medications in the show tank is usually not recommended.
