I was just wondering what other problems might cause fish to scratch themselves. I have 2 new small tangs in my QT tank and I have seen them scratch against the PVC I use for shelter. I know ICH is one of them, as I have battled it until I finally yanked and hypo'd all of my fish in the Display tank. I just want to be ready to treat in case it is anything else if I don't see ich spots after a month or two. Trust me, I no longer add fish to my Display tank until they are fully QT'd, eating, and swimming about to the best of their ability. Again, this isn't an emergency, I just want a few opinions on what would make them scratch BEFORE it becomes a potential problem. Thanks everyone!
