disecting microscope for rotifers?

Will a dissecting microscope (up to 40X or 60X) be fine for viewing and counting rotifers?

honestly, if you are young enough, a magnifying glass is enough to do the counting in a small sample. (assuming you are not counting 10 mL or something).

Yes, 40X is more than enough
