Disparate anthia sex vs eye colour

I've got 4 dispar in qt at the moment. I've been looking a lot to see if I can spot a male. They are all quite small, so I was thinking they are most probably female as the colour difference between all is very slight. Today I noticed one when he was turned a certain way in the light that it looked like he had the slightest blue outlines to his fins. Then I noticed it was the only one that had orange irises. Is that a known thing with disparate sexing?

I have a school of five of them with one male. The male will get a bright pinkish head and much brighter red dorsel as well as longer pectoral fins while the females will stay yellow...here are a pair of mine the male is on top..
