I left a message with neptune but its the weekend so i probally wont hear anything till monday.

But I was doing some rearanging friday and unplugging and plugging things in

now my display is black and after about 3 minutes of being plugged in it causes the Energy bars to wig out and turn all the outlets off and the status light to flash green

my internet page shows 4 displays when i only have one, ive tried deleting the others but they wont delete. it also shows and extra VDM module.

my display went dark this weekend as well - don't have an issue with the energy bar, though.

I too had multiple display modules listed on my webpages, and so I thought this may have been part of the problem why I had a dark display. I tried to delete them, and couldn't. So, I saved my programming/settings via the load/save command, and reinitialized all of my memory. Wiped out all of the 3 other displays. Reloaded programs/settings no problem. Display is still dark. I can see very vaguely my settings on the screen, and if I go to screen setup and turn the brightness all the way up (20) it gets a bit better, but it is still very, very, very dark.

Curt says to send my display unit back for repairs to the backlight for 30 bucks. Tell you though, I'm a bit ****ed off about this - I bought this over a year ago, so it's not under warranty, but it has only been in use for 9 months or so. For a $400+ piece of kit, I think the backlight should be a bit more robust than having a 9 month lifetime.
