I was very disappointed when after informing you that my royal gramma had died you credited me the money for the fish. However it would cost me $35 for shipping besides the fact that I would have to make a minimum purchase of $35 which would mean to get another royal gramma it would cost me $56. Would it really be worth it for me to do so?
These are the questions that were asked and I figured I would simply answer them here.
1. How long has the aquarium been set up?
2. How large is the aquarium?
3. When were the water parameters last checked?
4. What were the results of the water tests?
a. Ammonia?
b. Nitrite?
c. Nitrate?
d. PH?
e. Temperature?
f. Salinity?
5. What type of specimens are in the aquarium?
6. What changes (if any) occurred before you noticed the problem?
1. It was recently set up as it was a quarantine tank.
2. 20 gallons(I know this is small longterm but this is a quarantine and as such is only temporary)
3. 2 days before the death of the gramma when I added the fish.
4 the results were.
a. undetectable
b. undetectable
c. 2.5 PPM
d. 8.2
e. 80 degrees F
f. 1.024
These tests were done with a Red Sea Marine Lab
5. 1 six-line wrasse, 1 diamond Watchman Goby, 1 FireFish and the Royal Gramma that died.
6. I did not notice any changes.
Like I said in my e-mail their was absolutely no aggression between the fish. They established their territories and then left each other alone. All parameters were in perfect codition. I just think that it is wrong that I should have to pay $56 to receive my "refunded fish".
My order number is
ORDER NUMBER: A2596864
ORDER DATE: 02/06/2008
Thank you
