Divers Den alert problem

Hello:

I have been signed up for the Divers Den Email alerts for a long while, but since you have switched to the new site setup, I have not recieved any emails. Yesterday, I unsubscribed, and resubscribed, but I still recieve no emails. Can someone look into this?

Our records show that you are signed up to receive the Diver's Den® Email alert. If you currently have a spam blocker you may want to make sure that these emails are not being removed from your in box and transferred to a spam or bulk folder.

If you correct this and are still having problems please contact us at 1-800-334-3699 so we may better assist you.

Yeah, nothing has changed on my end at all, unless MSN has coincidentally changed something at the same time as your new "facelift". I will look into it again.

Thank you for your patience while we looked into this for you. We show that emails were sent to your MSN address on the 11th, 14th, 15th, and 16th. The email on the 16th was sent 18:54:47 (6:54 pm). From our end it looks like they went through successfully. We apologize, however we are unsure how to help you fix this except to have you check your security settings and spam blocker. If you have a secondary email address, you may wish to try signing up for a notification email with the other address to see if the problem may be through MSN.

i've been having the same problem. I changed my email address, I also changed it on your site to my new email address. I haven't recieved any updates either. I just checked the spam folder and theirs nothing their.
