I'd like to remove all the "cheap" aquarium stuff I have in there and use your sand and rock. Do I just put in an order online or should I come by and have a look?

You could charge a premium to let people dive and pick out their own rock! $15 a pound for that. And they have to do all the work. All you need to do is blindfold them and confiscate all electronic devices before hopping aboard to keep your location private.
