If I wanted to turn my 20g long tank into an AIO tank, what kind of material would I use? What is on the back on the aquapod? Biocube? Solana?

Plastic, You could probably use acrylic. Might not adhere to glass very well.

What about black pvc using dow corning 795/995 or rtv 108.

Id like to make look like the Solana and Biocubes look by making the filtration "3 stages" and as the back wall

I used polycarbonate panels on my pico.... Since it was a small tank I got away with thin stuff from Lowes
