diy display tanks?

i know alot of people make there tanks.

my question is what do u use to bond all four sides? what type of glue?

i know i have to seal the seams with silicone but is that what i use to bond the sides also?

do u have any tips for me on buliding my own tank?

Your comments don't make much sense. Are you asking about acrylic or glass? You say bond, but then you mention silicone. Which material are you using? Glass, which is what you use silicone for, and acrylic, which you use weld-on for. Not to sure what exaclty your asking here

id be useing acyrlic.

so really u answered my question which is. what would i use to bond the sides as in a glue or something.

and i guess i would use weld-on.

if acrylic, there are several to choose from....i only use weldon products, but there are several other producers of solvent that you can use. I would recommend using weldon 4 over weldon 3...(3 dries too quickly)...the only other one i would recommend is weldon 40, which is a 2 part...much more tricky to use (resulting in a clean joint), but a good 'glue' to use. if ya have any questions, let me know.
