DIY Dosing pump from modified Kangaroo Feeding pump

Aahhhh

I just bought a new 324 cheap and opened it up.. It's changed!!! Aahhhh I needed to replace my failed pump..

Anybody know the new mod?

It seems like a logic chip on the back side of the circuit board.
Can you check it ?

chk it? What info do you need? If you mean if there's a large chip on the otherside of the board NOPE checked it already it's mostly blank minus the ( I guess) flow sensor array.

It looks like they went to a small surface mount chip inside of the large rectangular one.

I don't see a date on the pump just s SN T0415490. I checked inside and out and didn't see anything that looks like a build/manufacture date.

hi went ahead and bought kangaroo 324 now with this mod can i controll this with regular timer to turn it off or on with my timer requiremements ?

I just replaced my old Kangaroo 324 dosing pump with a newer one since it died and tried to do that great mod again for No Flow Error Bypass. However when I opened up the new one it looks like the large chip is not there anymore. Any idea how to mod the newer Kangaroo 324 pump so that I don't get the flow error?

Great thread. I just picked up a patrol enteral pump. Can you post a picture or explain how feed your tubing through the machine? I want to eliminate the clips that are on the pump sets. Thanks so much!

Hopefully your kangaroo pump is more accurate than the kangaroo pumps I use at work are.

I have a Kangaroo 324 feed pump with the error "SYS". The engine turns only briefly. Do you have a service manual, I am an electronics technician and would like to repair the pump.
