DIY fixture

Hey everyone:D
I am plannig to do a DIY fixture and need a little help. It will have one 175 w MH bulb, parabolic reflector, 2 652 pc bulbs, 2 pc fans, 2 pc elctronic ballasts, and one magnetic 175w Mh ballast.

I was thinking that aluminum would be the best building material (I have never worked with aluminum, so I need a few tips). I would use on pc fan to cool the ballsts, and the other for venilating the bulbs. There will be a piece of tempered glass used as a splash guard. All the air escape holes will be on the top (heat rises, so most of the hot air will come out)

Am I missing anything? The dimensions will probably be 30Lx10Wx?D. What should the depth be? Maybe 4 inches, to give enough room for the MH bulb, and the piece of glass.

Thanks,
Vishboy

Come on, I know someone here knows something about this.
(I am also just saving my thread from the second page, because they never seem to get a reply then)
