DIY food, asian markets in Tucson?

I want to make some DIY food. Anyone go to any of the asian markets in Tucson for fish?

The market across from northwest hospital on la cholla is supposed to be pretty good. A friend of mine just ate some barracuda that he bought there!

Well i was so confused when i got there lol so much stuff, I hvae no other place to compare it to, but i saw some lancefish i will pick up for my lions next week and a lot of other frozen fish shrimp etc... nothing "fresh" though

I didn't make it yet, I'm waiting to get bluelagoon gel binder for my food. Hopefully it will be delivered this week...

gel binder? what is this for?

To make it like ocean nutrition frozen cubes. I will blend or chop all ingredients along with vitachem, selcon, zoe, etc.. Then bind it together so very little is lost in the water when I put it in my tank.

My fish never eat food made with gel binder. Those picky suckers!

I haven't had any time yet, the blue lagoon binder in back ordered hasn't come in. I may just use unflavored jello.
I'll post some updates when/if I eventually make some food...
