DIY frozen food

Nope, nobody has ever done it before. ;)

The food that you select needs to be fresh (not frozen) and NOT cooked. Cooking it and then freezing (like what is used in the video) breaks down all the important stuff like proteins.

Our club just had a food making meet (fish mush). Things available (everybody made their own mix):
squid
scallops
silversides
krill
PE mysis
cyclop-eese (dry)
nori
vita chem
selcon
garlic xtreme
frozen brine shrimp
coral frenzy
R.O.E. and something else from Reef Nutrition

Keep things cold/frozen. Freeze as quickly as possible after mixing. Dry ice is good for this.

This is a great club event, btw.

Avoid the powdered or flake foods, they tend to turn into bread dough after mixing and freezing with other ingredients.

Just never let Mom or the Misses know what your using their blender for! :lolspin:

Never seen Tilapia in any ocean or any sea food :lol2: and as mention donโ€™t use any cooked sea food like in the video
