diy fuge

I making a sump/fuge out of a rubbermaid tub. I gt some plexi-glass for my baffles. My question is i used a sharpie to mark the lins i wanted to ut. But before i did cut i changed my mind on how i wanted to do it. So i remarked lines. Will the sharpie lines be a prob for my fish or corals? Cn i just leave them or should i scrub them off?( not sure how easy that would be)

I think the marker lines will be ok.

There are issues you will have..............
You will make the baffles, glue them in and then realize the damn tub expanded with the water.
You almost need to fill the tub with water, cut the baffles to size, empty the tub and wedge those baffles in and glue it.
