DIY LED Blinking

so i have a diy led, and it just started blinking im just wondering if anyone had the same experience or know what is wrong it

How many LED are you driving? If you don't drive enough current it will blink on and off.

i have 12 3 watts LED in a meanwell 60-48d driver,

How many milliamps are you driving it. I got the same setup, but I use two set of 12 led running in parellal @ 1.3 ma
