DIY LED Not working correctly, possible program question??

I built a DIY LED kit. My whites come on, but don't dim, unless I pull the plug. (Self explanatory), and then my blues do a single pulse and thats it. I remember reading somewhere that someone had this issue and they resolved it, but some of these threads are endless. Can anyone please help??

These are just my testing times.

Blues
Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If Time 10:00 to 11:00 Then Blue_up
If Time 11:00 to 19:00 Then ON
If Time 19:00 to 20:00 Then Blue_dn

Whites
Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If Time 10:00 to 11:00 Then White_up
If Time 11:00 to 19:00 Then ON
If Time 19:00 to 20:00 Then White_dn

On the profiles I have it on ramp.

EB8 for both
Fallback OFF
Set ON
If Time 10:00 to 20:00 Then ON

Am I missing something.

Are you sure your RJ45 plug is wired correctly. Ther is a constant power and a 0-10v power. Might be obvious, but thought I'd throw it out there.

I manually turned off the whites, and only on 1 side I can see a hint of blue and white, but the other heat sink is comepletly off??

Maybe your driver doesn't completely ramp up/down. Some don't truely go to zero they turn off when not provided enough power. So if you have it set to ramp up from 0-100 it might not start ramping until 10 or possibly 30%. Try a test ramp up of like 0-100 in 30 minutes, then let it do it's thing for 30 minutes and see what happens. Thats if you have your plug wired correctly.

I got the white to work just fine. And yes it starts ramping at 10% and I got it to tamp down to 9%. Still nothing on the blues. I think it's a grounding or short issue with the blues. Like I stated before. Even with me manually turning the white off you can still see a small charge in the bulb (small glow), just like the blues, but only on 1 heatsink. The other heat sink has the blue and white's completly off.

If you see a small blue glow then your dimming cable is wrong this happen to me... Well it was not wrong but not a great connection and it would do the same. I made a new rj45 cable and it works fine now.

That was the fix, it just wasnt getting a good connection. Thank you very much.
