^ Do you think you can accomplish this yourself?

Was that in response to me?

-Beananimal www.national.com has a online tool called WEBENCH designer there you can design your driver according to your leds.
-Evilc66 this project started 2 years ago!! Luxeon V were just out and expensive same with K2, as for seoul leds my partener here didn't like the idea of the korean company ( not that i believe that philips is any better).
-As for total cost, with experiment boards & everything needed to the last screw just under 1500¤ = 2200$.

could you please tell us wich components did you use for your circuit.

i was trying to make a led lamp but i cant figure out how can i design de circuit

i hope you can help me
thanks

Looks very nice.

Did you find the light output sufficient for the density of LEDs? It looks like you could pack them in tighter if you wanted, barring any heat dissapation issues.

Also, did you consider using cheaper FR4 boards, or did the thermal issues really lead you to use the Bergquist T-Clad boards?

Where did you manufacture the boards?

Looks professional :)

Very nice DIY!
But i have some questions:

-How is the blue/white rate of the leds?
-Which company produced the pcb?
-Did you use the lamp for your aquarium, and what were the results?

^^^ A FTS of what this goes on would be great!

Very nice build, that looks like it was built very slowly....but i know it was built well.
