I'm leaning towards rapid kit or any other suggestions.

Mounting it? Can I get a mesh cover and put it right on it? Or how about legs. I can't hang it n ceiling

I am thinking you would have to make custom metal legs to attach to your light by bolts, or another option would be to make a small 1X4 wood or metal frame that sits on top of your tank, and mount the light to that.
