Ok. The thing I can't figure out us how to reverse it.

What kind of switch did you use?

The coupling is a K-type coupling:

OK. Now I see that the switching relay is built into the motor.

Still need to figure out the switch.

A contact switch like this one:

works well. McMaster-Carr calls them "snap acting switches." The moving part needs to have a piece that will contact the lever when it reaches each end.

I guess you would need a latching relay to keep the motor going in that direction until it hits the switch in the other side.

Yes, I believe I did use a latching relay. That was about 3 years ago now.

can probably get a coupling made by lovejoy
