DIY needle wheel part question

I was thinking about using this product on a Maxi Jet 400 since my bio ball mod was not working, unbalanced. Before I go ordering and tinkering I figured I would ask here if anyone has tried it. I am not sure what size to get, I am at work aand can not measure my MJ inards, but I was thinking either the 9/16 inch or the 3/4. Not sure on grit. Here is the product and let me know what you think.

dunno, but osunds like it might work. How are you planning to attach it as an impellar?

The problem with most of the 3m discs and wheels is that they are impregnated with aluminum oxide particles.

I thought they were just plastic? I am not sure how to attach it. I have one impeller I messed up when doing a bio ball mod and it still has the center of the impeller just no blades. Figured I could just glue it on there.

I haven't used one but it looks alot better than the other roloc discs ( which I have tried and are a PITA to center ). I say go for it!

I think those discs might be a bit too big for my mj400. I have yet to find a local dealer so I may have to order them offline. If so I will probably get a variety just in case.
