I am going to make an overflow, but have a few questions before i give it a go...
First, can someone explain to me these overflows that i have seen where the tank is drilled on the side/back near the top of the tank, in which a small overflow box is used to drain the water? i am interested in trying one like that if possible, but do not know exactly how it works, and would like a little more info before giving it a try.
Second, i want to paint the overflow/back of tank, what paint is recommended (tank is acrylic, and overflow will be too)? is the krylon fusion for plastics safe? or, if someone could tell me where i could get some black acrylic(or similar plastic), that would probably work just as well. I would appreciate any input. Thanks Ty
