I'm looking for info.

I need to find a compound to fill a pvc fitting, so i can drill it out and make a venturi with a small ID. any ideas?

I cant find what im looking for so I'd like to build my own im probably looking at 3/8" 7/16" ID.

May I ask why you wouldn't just order a solid piece of PVC? THere are plenty of places you can order PVC rod stock.

that would require machine work (lath...)too attach it to a pump...

Or just get a piece where the OD=ID of your current pipe and make a "plug" out of it. You can drill and shape it outside of the old pipe and just glue it in when ready. I'll bet you can get a smoother venturi with sloping walls that way.

Good idea. Or you could match the OD to the OD of the pipe you intent to fill. then just glue your custom venturi into regular PVC fittings.
