Do all LTA's have verrucae? Are they only on LTA's?

I think I've discovered that the LTA I was sold is actually a BTA. Don't all LTA's have verrucae?

Also, while I'm asking, what other nems have them?

LTA have verruccae, lot of anemones sport visable dots, BTA and LTA dont look the same .

That is to the trained eye, though . You and I are used to seeing these characteristics easily and quickly, whereas many others aren't. While it may seem difficult to you, I have noticed that many people do confuse the two anemones, especially if their BTA doesn't the the "B".

But yes, I agree--LTAs will always have visible verrucae. I think Gary Majchrzak has a wonderful picture to illustrate this...(hope you don't mind, Gary)

Yep, then this is probably a very large BTA that I have. I don't see any verrucae on it.

Guess I should post a pic of the nem I'm talking about. What else would you all say this could be? Again it has no verrucae, but it was sold to me as an LTA.
