Do arrow crabs eat Brown flatworms??

I put a post on here about brown flatworms and someone replied that arrow crabs will eat brown flatworms like crazy. Does anyone know if this is true?? I need to get something that will eat them like crazy, i have a ton in my reef tank. thanks,

Siphon out as many as you can and then treat with flatworm exit.

So, a natural approach isn't the way to go? If you do siphoning, what is the best way to do it? I just thought a natural approach would be the best and if it is will arrow crabs eat them?
