Recently I used a little too much gfo and it caused a rapid drop in po4 which in turn caused a couple of my sps to get burnt tips. (stylophoras)
I removed the gfo and started heavy carbon just in case it was some sort of chemical or something that had gotten into the tank.
The sps look much better now with great polyp extension but I was wondering if the burnt tips will recover?
Currently they have a little algae growing on them
