Do coral dips kill fish parasites?

So I realize that corals cannot host fish parasites like ich or velvet, but there is always a chance that the water they came in can be contaminated. So I was wondering if coral dips like bayer or revive have the right ingredients to kill off fish parasites also? Ideally a fish less coral QT along with a fish QT would be the only sure way to keep fish parasites out of your main display, but let's be real here, not all of us have the means to have both a fish qt and coral qt. What are your thoughts on this?

I've used coral rx and revive, and neither seem to actually kill hitchhikers in the 15 minutes or so of dip time. It does iritate them and encorage them to let go of the coral. It does not kill the eggs, so for instance zoa eating nudibranchs will fall off, but eggs are still attached. Have to dip again 3 days later to allow the eggs to hatch.

Free swimming ich could probably be rinsed off a coral, but the potential of eggs being in the rock might be a different story.

I have too much time and money invested in my tank. I only buy fish or coral from trusted sources, and make sure they've been through sufficient quarantine process. Velvet is not fun, and neither is brown jelly disease.
