Hi I'm not really sure if I am supposed to remove all these dead corals from my dry rock need help! Thanks in advance.

There is no need to. Your rock is most likely fossilized coral anyways. Just do your standard cook / cure and cycle
 
Scape looks good and has plenty of room for fish to swim about. Your rock is pretty much dead coral anyways so I would leave them.
 
Scape os fine, it won't matter if they are there or not once your corals grow out. That's a personal call, me I'd just leave them... adds character to it IMO
 
I think your scape looks great! And I would leave the skeletons, too. I also think that it adds a lot of character to the rockwork.

nice 'scaping but make sure you epoxy those top pieces down. depending on what you plan to stock your tank with, urchins will topple those top rocks in no time.

also, leave enough room at each end to make sure your cleaning magnet can get between the glass and the rock work. what size is your tank?
 
I ordered apoxy and it should be here soon.
My tank is 220 litres although I used a aquarium volume calculator online and it said 250 litres. 100x50x58 cm
