Do I get White Syndrome?

I have my SPS tank for over 2 years. It's doing ok (growth with good color) until the last 3-4 months. The SPS keep dying 1-2 pieces per week. The weird part is it's not completely die but will have small part (like 1-2 ince) survive and last for another 1-2 weeks before complete die. Also the dying SPS is all over the tank, left right middle top below. I keep checking my water conditions, so far so good. No strange number. I measure Ph, Alk, Ca, PO4,NH3, ORP.

One of my friend believe I got White Syndrome as the following link http://aquariumcoraldiseases.weebly.com/white-syndromes-ws.html

Anyone has the same problem before and how to stop this?

In one of the pics it looks like part of an orange spotted filefish is in your display, is that the case mate.

Filefish with me for almost 2 years. Not him for sure.

If Magnesium or other chemical, it should die at the same time.

Potassium maybe? some reefers never test for it and when it's go really low May cause problems
I found mine at 320 a year ago( stopped check on it cause water change took care of it) now adding twice a week
Hope it helps

I still think file fish. High risk fish can turn at any time.
Also your loss is not just acro and is patchy. So not likely to be SPS pest.

Chemical imbalance usually causes stn-/rtn which is not patchy like this......
