Do I have to start all over

This morning was suppose to be my third transfer in the transfer method. I lost track of time and totally forgot to transfer the fish to the new tank. I'm not at home right now and will not be in a couple of hours. Do I have to start the whole process again?

Thanks for taking the time to respond.
A couple of months ago I tried the TT method and was very successfull with it. I didn't see any signs of ich while the fish were in the qt tank. I think things went wrong with the fallow period. I did leave my tank without fish for about 9-10 weeks, but I think it needs to be without fish for a longer period.
I have a 300 gallon tank. In the tank I have a Powder Blue, Yellow Tang, Sailfin Tang, one Clown and two Chromis. Thats it. Before doing the TT, the only fish showing signs with ich was the Powder Blue. Its had it for over a year. So i ran into the TT method and decided to try it. After keeping the main tank fallow for 9-10 weeks, I decided to put all the fish back in the main tank. Several weeks passed and all fish were ok. All of a sudden, I see white dots on the Powder Blues fins. The ich comes and goes only on the fins. I do not see any on its body. That I can see.
It also started twitching. It never did that prior to the TT. It is not scratching against the rocks and it does eat every day. Right now I'm doing the TT on six other fish. I will keep them in the qt tank for a bit. I will try the TT method one more time on the other fish once I catch them.

I am not knocking down TT method, because I've never tried it. What I am curious is why did you not go with copper treatment like cupermine? Seem like a lot of work for TT.

I can't use copper because I have large breed angels and so my only method I've done or used is HYPO.
